CAMPS

We offer Camp programming on most Department of Education holidays, over February Break, Spring Recess, and 8 weeks of summer.

Camp programs are taught in Spanish and align with our mission of fostering global awareness and environmental sustainability. Our camps are led by our teaching staff of trained educators.

October 1st - Malleable Sculptures - we will engage with beautiful, high quality, soothing materials to create art - in Spanish. You can enroll here.

October 9th - Wonderful World of Rampas! - we will learn about and create ramps - we will explore how and why they improve mobility.

October 14th - Fall Leaves - we will collect, study and make art with Fall leaves. Feeling their texture, comparing colors and exploring shapes and forms - in Spanish. You can enroll here.

November 5 - Build & Create Upcycle Camp - we will use upcycled materials and our imagination to build and create - in Spanish. You can enroll here.

November 11 - Art & Activism - we will learn about ways to use art to be activists - in Spanish. You can enroll here.

February Break Camp - Global Artist Workshop - February 17 to February 21

Join the Global Artist Workshop to learn about an array of visual artists from near and far.   Each day campers will be introduced to an artist, their medium, and art technique.  We'll be creating with clay, making collages, painting, experimenting with photography, working with textiles, and building upcycle sculptures - all in Spanish.  You can enroll for the week or by the day.

Spring Recess Camp - Seeds and Chefs - April 9 to April 17

Our Spring Recess camp is called Seeds and Chefs.  We'll be digging in dirt, planting our favorite veggies, and testing new recipes - all in Spanish.  You can enroll for the week or by the day.

June 9 - Trees Around - we will be learning about the trees in our neighborhood - all in Spanish. You can enroll here.

June 10 - El dia del agua - we will study water’s many fascinating and important characteristics, we'll do science experiments with water, make art with water, and of course if it is warm we'll get to play outside with water too. You can enroll here.

Summer Camp

Our fun and dynamic Summer Camp "Hola Summer" will be offered Summer of 2020.  "Hola Summer" is organized as a world tour without having to leave Brooklyn.  Families are able to choose the weeks they would like to participate in camp.  Some families enroll for the whole summer while others join us for only one week.

Next year we'll be visiting four different Spanish speaking countries! Stay tuned…

Our summer journey will incorporate art, games, cooking, sports, music, outdoor play, field trips for older children, and lots of Spanish.  Everything we do is inspired by our destinations.

Hola Summer is open to Spanish and English speakers between the ages of 2 and 10 years old (camp is separated into three groups - 2 & 3 year olds, 4 & 5 year olds, and 6 to 10 year olds).

Tuition information can be found here.
