LET’S CELEBRATE!
Join us for the 2026 Around the World Benefit. This beautiful evening brings together families, alumni, teachers, and friends to celebrate all the things that make One World Project special.
Funds raised at the 2026 Around the World Benefit will directly support OWP’s scholarships and help bridge the gap between public funding and the true cost of our high-quality UPK.
One World Project is a welcoming community of learners. Our mission is to foster compassion, promote equity, and strengthen mutual understanding—both among people and with our natural environment. Every day, this work comes to life through the relationships between children, families, and educators who learn from one another and grow together.
The Around the World Benefit helps make this work possible. All proceeds support scholarships and help bridge the gap between public funding and the true cost of our high-quality Universal Pre-K program, ensuring that more families can access and participate in our community. By joining us, you help sustain the relationships, values, and learning experiences that make One World Project such a special place.
Music, Dance & Celebration
Music is an essential part of the Around the World Benefit—bringing everyone together and setting the joyful spirit of the evening.
We’re honored to have music by DJ Stretch Armstrong, the legendary New York DJ and member of the OWP parent community. Known for his influential role in New York’s music scene and his iconic radio shows, DJ Stretch Armstrong will bring his signature sound to keep the celebration going throughout the night.
The evening will also feature a live performance by Basement Cumbia Band, a vibrant Brooklyn-based group known for their energetic blend of traditional cumbia rhythms and contemporary sounds. Their music brings people together—exactly the spirit of this night.
For the first time, the Around the World Benefit will take place at Other Half Brewing Domino Park in Williamsburg—a beautiful waterfront space with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline. Thanks to the generosity of Andrew Burman for hosting the very special evening.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Over the years, One World Project has grown from a small group of families into a vibrant community serving more than 370 households. This growth reflects something powerful: families are looking for places where compassion, equity, and meaningful learning are at the center of education.
All proceeds from the Around the World Benefit support scholarships and help bridge the gap between public funding and the true cost of our Universal Pre-K program, ensuring that more families can access and participate in this extraordinary community.
